The topic of the Holodomor,

Ukrainian famine-genocide of 1932-33, has been returned to the web site of
the President of Ukraine.
The material, which was on the Presidential site during President
Yushchenko’s term in office and deleted immediately after President Viktor
Yanukovych’s inauguration in February of this year, includes historical
information and initiatives leading up to and during commemorations marking
the 75th anniversary of this crime against humanity.
The Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) and its member organizations joined
citizens in Ukraine in an active campaign to have the information restored.
The news comes as Ukraine and the international community prepare to mark
the 77th anniversary of the Holodomor uniting in prayer with the Remembrance
Candle (Svichka Molinnia).  The Remembrance Candle is currently travelling
across Ukraine and will be the focus of commemorative initiatives in over 30
countries of the Diaspora.
The UWC calls upon citizens throughout the world to participate in
commemorative events already underway and continuing through November,
culminating with International Holodomor Remembrance Day on November 27,
2010.  We must also continue to demand that President Yanukovych publicly
confirm that the Holodomor was an act of genocide of the Ukrainian people.
Our responsibility to honour the victims and restore historical truth
continues.  Ukraine remembers!  The World acknowledges!

На сайті президента України Віктора Януковича з’явилася інформація про
історію Голодомору 1932-1933 років в Україні та про заходи, які будуть
проводиться в країні до дня 75-х роковин Голодомору.

Зокрема, на президентському порталі з’явилося 2 нових гіперпосилання:
“Пам’яті жертв Голодомору в Україні” з інформацією про заходи пам’яті жертв
і “До 75-х роковин Голодомору в Україні” з інформацією з історії про
Голодомор.

Нагадаємо, у березні, коли Сергій Льовочкін очолив

президента, всі гіперпосилання на інформацію про Голодомор 1932-1933 років

Тоді ж, у березні, Світовий конгрес українців закликав Віктора Януковича
повернути на сайт глави держави розділ про Голодомор.
